La Ropa Barato Dresses You Well

La Ropa Barato, Spanish for Cheap Clothes, is probably my most favorite find to date! Why, you may ask? As for me, I ADORE chic pieces of clothing. I love how they look on models (who are eating more than just crackers, if I may stress!), Hollywood celebrities who always look fab even when just grocery shopping (less Lindsay and Britney, perhaps), and of course, trusted style magazines.

However, it isn't always easy to steal their looks because number 1, if I were to wear a vintage Chanel dress, a pair of studded Manolos, Tiffany sparkles and a bright Hermes clutch every single day, I will (without question) be pushed into bankruptcy, and number 2, not every style, even non-branded lookalikes can be found in the Philippines--even if our country is home to gazillion bazaars and flea markets!

Of course there are the high street fashion retailers from Europe, Zara, Topshop, Mango and the like, that aim to provide the runway look to everyday women. But because we live with a third world paycheck, even the "cheap" high street clothing aren't always that cheap.

So what is a striving fashionista to do? Enter La Ropa Barato. They are simply the coolest! Here's how it works...
- They give the shopper styles to choose from.
- You pick the look that you want.
- You choose your color, perhaps even the fabric.
- You give or let them get your measurements. They have a size chart, too, so you won't have a hard time.
- And that's it!

You are also free to alter the look as much you want if you really want your own exclusive piece. And best of all, it won't even cost you more than P1,000! Can I just say GREAT?!

Some Styles To Choose From

Now, if you're being skeptical, thinking the clothes won't look as gorgeous as those in the pictures, here is a comparison.
